Current Fees

Production Fee: $0.05/1,000 gallons of water produced for all non-exempt wells, except for irrigation of agricultural crops.

Agricultural Irrigation Fee: $0.25/acre-foot for the irrigation of agricultural crops

Excess Production fee: $0.10/1,000 for amount produced in excess of permit amount

Export Fee: $0.206/1,000 gallons of groundwater exported out of the district

Application/processing fees for non-exempt well applications is currently $100

Non-compliance Penalties: Pursuant to Rule 15.3 of District Rules with Board discretion

Application/processing fees are not currently being charged for exempt well applications. .
