Mitsui E&P USA, LLC has submitted permit applications for two water well located in Freestone County for the beneficial use of hydrualic fracturing water.  The two (2) water wells are described as the MEP Pate Pond Well #3 & #4.  Proposed production from each water well is 490 gallons per minute fro the Carrizo Aquifer.  Applicant  is seeking to add these two water wells to an existing permit and to increase the annual production from the revised Operating Permit to 1,451.04 acre-feet annually for not more than 20 years.  A copy of the notice is found below.
